We offer a full exchange or refund on all scissors if you change your mind within 7 days of receipt of the scissors. Scissors must not be damaged and be in a saleable condition.Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs to send products back to us.
All products must be expressed post back to us (with a tracking number) in its original packaging and packaging must not be damaged. We will assess the product upon its return to us and if it qualifies for a refund/exchange, we will arrange this within 3-5 working days.
