We offer a 7 day refund policy on our hairdressing scissors. Brushes and combs cannot be refunded due to hygiene issues.
The following conditions apply:
- The scissors must not be damaged and returned in its original packaging (also not damaged). It is up to our company to assess the product upon its return to us
- If upon our assessment that the product is refundable, we will issue a refund within 5 business days
- Customer will be responsible for shipping costs when returning the product to us. Shipping must have a tracking number otherwise our company will not be responsible for the scissors if lost in the mail
- There will be a restocking fee of AUD15 that is automatically deducted from the refund
